It fits very well and it definitely keeps your back cooler. The noise is not too bad, when I'm listening to music I can barely hear it. It's not as comfortable as the original seat but it's not too bad. It doesn't turn off automatically unfortunately and the button position is not the best because you have to lift your leg (and you foot off the pedal) to change the fan speed. The buttons have good resistance and you won't press them by mistake with your leg. For 60 euros I would say this is good value.
