Average heart rate must reach ≥60% of age-estimated max heart rate with no significant fluctuations. Note: Estimate may vary due to weather, physical state and elevation.
7. To monitor data such as the swing speed, the watch must be worn on the hand that holds the racket.
8. Data comes from laboratory. Automatically turned on under strong sunlight in Workouts.
9. 5ATM: OnePlus Watch Lite has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under the ISO standard 22810:2010. However, the device is not suitable for the following activities or environments: hot water shower, sauna, hot springs, deep diving, or diving. After swimming or for use near seawater, the device should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Liquid and dust damage is not covered under warranty. Actual performance may vary depending on real-world usage and environmental factors.
10. This device complies with the IP68 rating based on GB/T 4208-2017 standard. It indicates that the wearable device can withstand up to simulated 1.5-metre static water pressure for 30 minutes, and does not mean that the device is water-resistant in water that is 1.5 metres deep. It is not advised to use the product in seawater or at the beach. Water and dust resistance may be reduced as the device ages. Actual performance may vary depending on real-world usage and environmental factors.
11. Physical and mental wellness trend tracking data is available in OHealth app.
12. The readings are designed to provide informational insights and should not be used for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any medical condition.
13. The blood oxygen measurement results are for reference only and shall not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis.
14. Your wrist temperature reflects a skin-surface measurement captured by your OnePlus Watch. By continuously tracking wrist-level temperature changes, the device collects trend data that helps you understand variations over time. These readings are influenced by multiple factors—such as environment, activity level, and wearing habits—and are intended solely for general wellness insights rather than medical purposes.
15. The 60s Wellness Overview is a comprehensive assessment of real-time measurements (such as heart rate and blood oxygen) and historical health trends (such as wrist temperature and sleep). Some assessment indicators require specific wearing conditions to generate trend data and are not real-time monitoring data. This product is not a medical device; the health data, results, and suggestions provided are for reference only and should not be used as a basis for diagnosis or treatment. 18. This feature is scheduled to be supported via OTA. Exclusive to OPPO/OnePlus phones running ColorOS 11.2/OxygenOS 15 or later.
