I have an earlier model from the same company, HOTWAV W10, and this phone completely convinced me of HOTWAV's products. The W10 phone fell so many times that I couldn't count. There are delicate marks on the casing, but they left the entire screen intact. The only flaw I noticed is the USB-C port for charging (W10). What is not complicated when replacing a used part with a new one. The phone still works perfectly. I recommend HOTWAV products. I am very satisfied. The only thing I would suggest to the company regarding changes. Adding induction charging function. The rest is simply perfect. Durable, long-lasting, and for years.

It can not be better. I have activated 5 days ago with battery save and now is above 60%. Exactly 62%. It is huge and was not expect that will fit in pocket of jeans but it did. With not problems. Also is heavy. It is a complete product, fine finishing and best model ever and hope to last long time. I had never had this brand but pleasent suprised with quality. It arrived quickly and ordered from europe where i live. For now can not founded any fault and going to recomend and show to every body patiend who asks because it draws question because of its size. If you order this smartphone you are going to be thrilled with quality, usibility and what it offers.
