The Siboor customer support via Ali Express have been quick in their response however some of their answers suffered from obvious 'translation' problems.
Shipping was a problem... i ordered this kit on Sept 20th but did not receive this until October 11th. The estimated delivery was Sept.29th. Apparently this was due to some extended National Holiday which saw the order somewhere between the Siboor Factory, the UPS shipping warehouse and me. On contacting UPS after a 2 week wait, saw UPS start the process to consider this a 'lost package'.
However, after many many messages to Customer Service, i did receive it and they provided some reimbursement for my considerable trouble.
