By connecting only the USB to the computer, the power phantom with clear audio already works and detects audio on the computer without the need to connect an auxiliary to the PC and have more cables than necessary.

Simple inexpensive mixer with USB connection worked perfectly in Windows 11, driver automatically installs as "USBAudio2.0". I also use it with a Mac Mini M4 and again no problems. Small and compact, gets power from the USB connection. Recommended.

I got it to work in Mixcraft 10.5 in WIndows 7 using one of the driver packages included, I think it was realrft or something like that. I also got it working in Linux Mint 21.3 on Audacity with the ALSA drivers. It's not super high fidelity or anything but it operates off the computer USB 2.0 power. It and allows you to play to tracks on your computer and record at the same time which is the main thing I was looking for. It's not super high fidelity, but at the price, it works not too bad really. It has no on/off switch, so it will power on and stay on as long as the USB is connected to the puter. The 1/4" main out jacks work at the same time while the USB connection is going, so that is handy if you want to run it to another monitor, etc.good sound card, with all necessary functions: direct monitor, easily found drivers by itself, no noise and quite low latency
