    I bought the phone, it didn't work. I made the claim, they told me to send a photo and they sent it to me so I could send it and get the amount refunded. I have made three complaints and they do not refund me, each time they claim something different. I have sent the shipping receipt by email, as requested. In the first email, they told me that they already have it in the facilities but they need to send it to the seller for review, and in the last email, they told me that they haven't received the package, to send the postal receipt again.

    I do not recommend the purchase because not only does it not work, they do not refund the money or at least try to, I will not stop until they refund me.

    The shape is very similar, but the apps that are installed from the beginning are quite different, and XS16 also has apps that have not been installed from the beginning, such as Chrome and Music Player, and the screen movements seem to be smooth and easy to use.

    I don't like the setting screen that is completely white and cannot be in dark mode.

    I'm sorry, but I can't use Y!mobile's SIM card. I will return it.

    I cannot use KING8000 as a Wifi exclusive device, so I will place another order for XS16.
