I have not yet tested this uv sterilizer. I had problems with mold and yuck in the water: trying to grow lettuce last year in my basement.
I asked the store what thread this fitting has.... three times. They never responded.
Inlet and outlet thread is: 1/2" male pipe thread (npt), so for us in north america: this works fine. We have access to all of these plumbing pieces at hardware store. I know "bsp" is pretty common in europe and uk, but not here.
Looks like npt/mpt is common in latin america too. For those abroad: make sure your plumbing pipe thread is not metric, or that you can buy adapters for this imperial 1/2" (american) -> metric (15mm?)
Hopefully the bulb gives me some reasonable lifetime.
