The kettle i received arrived in very bad condition. The packaging was crushed and torn, and the lid of the kettle does not stay in place at all. It falls off with even a small tilt, which is dangerous. I actually burned my hand while trying to pour water because of this issue. I contacted customer support several times and shared photos and video to explain the problem. The first support agent promised that i would receive a refund within 48 hours. Later, i was told that i need to return the item before anything can be done. This was never clearly explained before. I do not think it is fair that i should be the one to fix a problem i did not cause. I do not want to wait for weeks just to send the item back and hope for a solution. I believe i deserve either a full refund or a working replacement kettle. I really tried to solve this calmly and fairly through support, but nothing was resolved. The kettle is unusable and i am very disappointed. I do not recommend this store.
